This is a range of work done in the summer of 2011 for a new Welsh Motorbiking magazine "Gear Up".
Food is probably my favourite subject material - it's what I started with, so it's the area I'm the most familiar with. I work closely with a number of food stylists and, although I feel I have the most control in the studio, I always enjoy the challenge of a location shoot.
I've worked for many companies who have been amazed that I can make everyday products look so wonderful. For me, if I can't make a customer want to buy a product then I really haven't done my job. I'm great at coming up with creative ideas, and assembling props and backgrounds especially when you are working to a tight budget.
Even when I'm out on my bike, out camping with the kids or just walking around Cardiff Bay, I can't stop framing pictures in my mind, and who can help it living in Wales? I have an ever-increasing amount of location stock photography in my archive so if you are looking for a particular shot, give me a call. If I don't have it, I'll go and shoot it for you.
I'm told that I'm a friendly approachable person who can put people at their ease; I hope that this comes over in the results of the photo sessions I work on with people. I've worked with children, animals, models and actors - make me a coffee and we can discuss the images you need.
